A photographic artist based in the North East of England with regular assignments across the UK, the majority of my commissions request a creative observation of events from Engineering Construction, to Live Music, to Weddings.
What makes me unique is my ability to translate the sensation of an experience into a visual representation.

I began my professional photographic journey as a film photographer in the press industry; the youngest press photographer and the only female at the time, I learnt that photography is about ‘the moment’. I developed an awareness of understanding the event unfolding and catching the image that would tell that story.
20 years later it is still the foundation from which I draw my inspiration.
I consider myself fortunate to have begun my photographic experience working with film, for nearly 15 years I worked with a film camera developing and printing black and white and colour. I now shoot and process digitally. To make the transition from film to digital I graduated in 2007 with a BA Hons in Photography.
